Pricing Questions
Are there any initiation or setup fees?
None that are required. The price is $10,000 per year and nothing else — no per-property charges, no seat charges, no feature tiers. Guided setup is offered at $5,000 once, and it is genuinely optional: we work through it with you in guided sessions — properties, zones, assets, vendors, staff and your household manual, built out together — or you do it yourself at no cost. Most platforms in this category, including Nines, require their initiation fee. We do not.
If I take guided setup and then ask for a refund, what happens?
The 14-day guarantee covers your subscription in full. Guided setup is a separate professional service, invoiced separately and only once work begins — so if you cancel before we start, there is nothing to pay, and if we have already built your household out, that work is done and the fee is earned. This split is written into our Terms of Service under Subscription & Billing, not just described here. Keeping the two apart is exactly why setup is optional rather than bundled: there is nothing to argue about over what a refund covers.

If Hauseora is the right fit, your subscription continues. If it isn’t, contact us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
Is the price the same for 1 property vs. 10 properties?
Yes. Any number of properties is included at $10,000 per year. Whether you manage one estate or twenty, the subscription does not change — which is the main way our pricing differs from platforms that bill per property.
