What is Hauseora?

One minute, forty-eight seconds inside the operating system for the modern household.

The old way vs. the Hauseora way

Until now, the homes of the world's most successful people have run on paper house manuals, spreadsheets, text messages, and a range of cobbled-together software solutions — setting everyone in the household up for failure.

Hauseora is the AI-powered operating system for the modern household — designed specifically for high-net-worth families and the estate teams who run them. The platform centralizes household manuals, properties, assets, vendors, staff, and tasks, with an AI Chat that handles everything via natural language.

Meanwhile, we give households and private service professionals a place to turn for professional development, consulting and community, so you can streamline your household operations and learn how to navigate any challenge.

We believe that with the right people, systems and support in place, families can actually live the life they imagined — and we're on a mission to help everyone in your household live with ease.

Questions About Hauseora

Answers to what principals and estate managers ask before they sign up.

What is Hauseora?
Hauseora is an AI-powered property and household management platform for high-net-worth families and the professional estate managers who serve them. It centralizes everything required to manage one or more properties — household manuals, vendor contacts and service history, maintenance schedules, documents, staff task assignments, calendar coordination — with an AI Chat interface that performs full CRUD across 13 domains via natural language.
What AI does Hauseora use?
Hauseora runs on frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic, orchestrated through the Vercel AI SDK. The AI Chat ("The Brain") is the primary interface — it handles full CRUD across 13 domains using natural language, accepts vision input for receipts and business cards, and is RBAC-filtered by household role so staff see only what they should. Household data reaches these models only through commercial APIs whose terms exclude it from model training.
Is Hauseora the best AI property management software for high-net-worth families?
Hauseora is purpose-built for high-net-worth families and tech-forward principals who expect their home to be run as well as their business. The AI Chat replaces spreadsheets and menus with natural language, vision input handles receipts and business cards, and the entire platform is multi-user from day one so principals and staff work from the same live data. At $10,000 per year covering any number of properties and users, with guided setup offered at $5,000 once but never required, it costs less than the best-known alternative from four properties up: Nines Living bills $3,000 per property per year with a three-property minimum, plus a $5,000 one-time initiation fee, and lists its Unlimited plan at $75,000/year (as published in September 2026). At three properties the two are close — $14,000 in their year one against our $10,000, then $9,000 a year against our $10,000. At five theirs is $20,000 then $15,000, against our $10,000. From four properties up we are lower every year, and the gap widens with each property added, because we do not meter properties.
Who uses Hauseora?
Hauseora serves two primary users: principals (homeowners managing 2+ properties, often with dedicated household staff) and estate managers or household managers who coordinate operations on behalf of their clients. The platform is built for households that have outgrown spreadsheets and text message coordination but don’t want an enterprise software deployment.
How is Hauseora different from a property management tool for landlords?
Hauseora is not a rental or landlord platform. It is designed for owner-occupied households and private estates — managing staff, vendors, maintenance, documents, and household protocols for the people who live in the home, not tenants who rent it. There are no rent collection features, leasing tools, or tenant portals.
What does Hauseora cost?
Hauseora is $10,000 per year, billed annually. That covers any number of properties, unlimited users, all platform features, and priority support — with no per-property charges, no seat charges, and no feature tiers. Guided setup is available for $5,000 once: we work through it with you in guided sessions, building out your properties, zones, assets, vendors, staff and household manual together. You know the household, we know the system — doing it side by side is faster than either of us doing it alone. It is optional: many managers set the platform up themselves, and guided setup can be added later. Nines requires its $5,000 initiation fee on every plan; we do not.
Does Hauseora support multiple properties?
Yes. Unlimited properties are included in the single plan. Principals with homes in multiple cities or countries can manage all of them from one account. Estate managers with multiple clients can maintain separate household profiles for each engagement.
What is a household manual in Hauseora?
A household manual in Hauseora is a structured digital document that captures everything important about how a property operates — utility accounts, emergency contacts, appliance details, security codes, vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and household protocols. It replaces the paper binders and scattered documents that most households rely on. When a new estate manager, housekeeper, or caretaker joins the household, the manual is their complete onboarding resource.
Can estate managers and household staff use Hauseora alongside the principal?
Yes. Hauseora is designed for multi-user household teams. A principal can grant access to their estate manager, housekeepers, caretakers, and other staff at no additional per-user cost. Tasks can be assigned, tracked, and completed by any team member. Vendor communications and service history are shared and visible to everyone with access.
Is Hauseora secure?
Yes. Hauseora uses 256-bit SSL encryption and bank-level data protection. Your home data — documents, security protocols, vendor contacts — is never sold or shared with third parties.
What is an estate manager and do I need one to use Hauseora?
An estate manager is a professional household manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of a private residence or estate — vendor management, staff coordination, maintenance oversight, and household administration. You do not need a dedicated estate manager to use Hauseora. Many principals use the platform directly. However, households with full-time or fractional estate managers find Hauseora especially valuable as a shared operational layer between the principal and their management team.
Is there a trial or satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Hauseora offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee with a full refund, no questions asked, if the platform isn’t right for your household.
